- This is an amendment to the combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The changes which have been replaced are as follows; One One (1) SkateWave 3x12 Halfpipe (PN 137399), One (1) SkateWave Fun box with curb rail (PN137409), One (1) SkateWave 2 Foot jump ramp (PN 137372), One (1) SkateWave Combo track rail ? 10 Feet (PN 137417), One (1) SkateWave 3 x 4 Bank (PN 137388), One (1) SkateWave 3 x 4 Quarter Pipe (PN 137366), Sixty Eight (68) SkateWave Round plates for asphalt (PN 135555) or equal. . This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit only written quotations for RFQ F23606-02-Q -0019. This procurement is restricted for small business. The associated NAICS code is 339920 with a 500-employee size standard. Whiteman AFB, MO has a requirement for Delivery is requested within 30 days of contract award. Proposal shall include a delivery schedule. The following FAR Provisions and Clauses are applicable to this procurement. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items is hereby incorporated by reference. Solicitation provision at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, is hereby incorporated by reference. The Government will award a Purchase Order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror that is most advantageous to the government. The following factors will be evaluated: technical capability of item being proposed, price, and delivery schedule in compliance with the requirements of this solicitation with price being the most significant factor. Offerors are reminded to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offerors Representations and Certifications Commercial Items and 252.212-7000, Offeror Representations and Certification Items with its offer.
