Description

This requirement is for the purchase of EOD-8 Helmets Item # 910-002 BCS3-A Cool System Item # 420-131, EOD-8 Suits, Size Medium Item # 910-001 and EOD-8 Size Large, Item # 910-005. A firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated. This action is contemplated as a sole source acquisition to the manufacturer. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 339113 with a small business size standard of 500. It is anticipated the solicitation will be issued directly to the manufacturer on or about 20 September 2002. Note: Any prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award.
