NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes a partial solicitation, vendors in terested in bidding may request a written RFQ by calling Shelley Schrader. Solicitation number 02T0154 is issued as a Request for Quotation and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-04. NAICS Code for this solicitation is 334119 with a size standard of 1,000 employees. Delivery/acceptance is FOB Destination UTANG Base, Salt Lake City, UT 84116. Delivery time is 30 days ARO. Applicable FAR provisions and clauses are 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.215-5. The following ev aluation criteria shall be used as addenda to FAR 52.212-2a: 1) Technical capability of the item offered to meet the needs of the Government, 2) Price, 3) Past performance. The Government reserves thr right to awared on the best value basis. All offe rs must include specifications of the item quoted and completed copy of FAR 52.212-3. All offerors must be registered in CCR in order to be eligible for award. Offerors should include with the quotation: GSA Number if applicalble, DUNN and Bradstreet nu mber, CAGE Code, Tax ID number and place of manufacture.
