Description

Modification: This previously submitted project was posted on September 11, 2002. The following information is hereby changed: 1) A second project drawing illustrating the typical perimeter footing and apron has been posted on http://www.or.blm.gov/procurement/solicitations.htm or a paper copy can be requested by calling 503-952-6218. 2) Under "TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS, Both Items" insert the following sentence "All submittals will be reviewed by the Government and returned to the Contractor within 14 calendar days." 3) Delete all text in "DELIVERY AND ACCEPTANCE" and replace with the following: "ESTIMATED START WORK DATE: October 7, 2002, PERFORMANCE TIME: 90 Calendar Days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. Work location is Bureau of Land Management, Horning Seed Orchard, 27004 W. Sheckly Road, Colton, Oregon. Onsite work shall be performed between 7:00 and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, holidays excluded. Inspection and acceptance will be made upon the Government's determination the pole building meets the requirements of these specifications. Item 2 - Optional Item may be awarded at any time during the performance of Item 1." 4) The due date for receipt of quotes is changed to September 27, 2002 at 10:00 am, local time. All other information publicized in the original synopsis is correct.
