- SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston intends to award a sole-source IDIQ Contract to SYPRIS Electronics, Tampa, FL. for AN/CYZ-10 Data Transfer Devices and associated STU-III Cables. A determination has been made under FAR 6.302-1 that SYPRIS Electronics is the sole known manufacturer of these devices now in use by the Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS). A Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Quantity type contract is anticipated for a base quantity options for additional units. The NAICS Code is 334220 and the applicable size standard is 750 employees. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be available by 26 September 2002 on the SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston RFP web page address link below. It is the responsibility of the interested parties to independently review this web page frequently for updates to any and all documents.
