Description

AMOUNT: Appromimately 5, 156 square feet of rentable office and related space for use by Tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment and seven (7) parking spaces. Rentable space must yield a minimum of approximately 4, 484 BOMA usable square feet. LOCATION: Proposed space must be located within the following: MADISON COUNTY REQUIRED:All services, supplies, utilities, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. TERM: Ten (10) years, with five (5)firm terms. OWNERS AND AGENTS: To express interest, please contact the following office no later than 4:00 PM EST September 30, 2002. Agents must have a letter of authorization to represent the owner. EXISTING AS WELL AS NEW CONSTRUCTION WILL BE CONSIDERED.
