DTRA intends to issue a modification to contract DTRA01-00-C-0126 to extend the contract period of performance by 12 months. The statutor y authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1) implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1 only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency needs.
