- The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center, Puget Sound has a requirement for Naval Hospital Guam for lab supplies to be drop shipped to Guam. We anticipate a firm fixed price contract with base year deliveries to be made between 1 Oct 02 and 30 September 03. Option Year 1 deliveries to be made between 1 Oct 03 and 30 Sept 04. A single award will be made for all items. The procedures of FAR Part 12, Commercial Acquisition will be utilized. The applicable NAICS code is 621511. When issued, the RFQ will be posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) web link "www.neco.navy.mil". It is anticipated that the RFQ will be issued on or about 16 July 2002, with offers due on or about 02 Aug 2002. All offerors wishing to submit an offer, are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ from this website (WinZIP or other unzipping software is required) and to frequently monitor that site for any amendments to the RFQ. Interested parties may utilize www.fedbizopps.gov and request an E-mail notification by clicking on the "FedBizOpps Vendor" tab then "Acquisition Notification service" then "register to receive notification by solicitation number." By registering with this service, you should receive notification as to when the solicitation has been uploaded to the NECO website. PLEASE NOTE: FISC PUGET SOUND DOES NOT GUARANTEE THIS NOTICE. OFFERORS ARE STILL RESPONSIBLE FOR DOWNLOADING THEIR OWN COPY OF THE SOLICITATION ON THE NECO WEBSITE. No telephone or fax requests for the RFQ package will be accepted.
