- This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for the purchase and delivery for the following commercial items: Reference Lincoln part number MP-140, equal item will be considered. Water Slide; blue fiberglass open flume sections, galvanized steel flume supports, tower and 24 inch stairway with aluminum decking and stair treads. Steel finish is hot dipped galvanized. Assembly hardware, anchor bolts and all fasteners along with a gel coat repair kit, rules sign operation and maintenance manuals are included. Thirty six inch stairway, powder coated steel support structure(white), extra pump, Installation included and perimeter fence. This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ). This notice constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. All quotes must be for all the items as stated on the statement of work Partial quotes will not be considered. Equal items will be considered but may not qualify for award if specifications are not met entirely. Submit written quotes only; oral offers will not be accepted on RFQ F13SVH22000400. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. FOB: Destination for delivery is Dover AFB DE. Note that all FAR clauses can be obtained by accessing the Internet at http://farsite.hill.af.mil. The provisions at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, apply to this solicitation. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Terms, applies to this solicitation. The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. Specifically, the following clauses cited are applicable to this solicitation: FAR 52.222-26, Equal Opportunity; FAR 52.222-35, Affirmative Action for Disabled Veterans and Veterans of the Vietnam Era; FAR 52.222-36, Affirmative Action for Handicapped Workers; FAR 52.222-37, Employment Reports on Disabled Veterans and Veterans of the Vietnam Era; The clause at DFAR 252.212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders applicable to Defense Acquisition of Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation. Specifically, the following clauses are cited to this solicitation: DFARS 252.225-7001, Buy American Act and Balance Payment Program .CCR can be obtained by accessing the Internet at hhtp://www.ccr.gov or by calling 1-888-227-2423. The CCR number must be obtained before award can be made. Award will be based on lowest price and best value determination. The Government reserves the right to make an award on the initial quote without discussions on this procurement.
