Description

The General Services Administration (GSA)is seeking approximately 38,600 sq ft of rentable contiguous office space for a term of 10 years, 5 years firm. Special and unique requirements include the lessee to inhabit third floor space , excluding the top floor, and that a new building achieve a standoff distance from a potential point of explosion of at least 50 feet. The area of consideration is within an area north of University Drive, west of Broadway Avenue and east of 13th Street in Boise, Idaho. The solicitation will be available and distributed solely through GSA.
