Description

This amendment of the combined synopsis/solicitation corrects the terms of sale to CIF American Embassy, Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Delivery December 1, 2002. Offerors whose shipments will originate in the US may also quote a price FOB an East or Gulf Coast US Despatch Agent as an additional alternative. A delivery date should be specified. These prices should be clearly identified as such and distinct from the CIF American Embassy, Tashkent, Uzbekistan price. Past performance is an evaluation factor. Offers should include evidence of past successful performance on US Government or international commercial transactions, and references. Quotations are due at 10 AM, Almaty time on September 24, 2002. They must be addressed to the Contracting Officer, USAID/CAR, 41 Kazybek Bi Street, Almaty, Kazakhstan. Facsimile proposals may be submitted to 7 3272 507635 or 507636. E-mailed quotations may be sent to AlmatyCO@usaid.gov.
