"Source": Busak & Shambann Seals Div., Cage 09257; P/N S38536-5 Revision "Basic". Origin Inspection Required. This Item Subject To Configuration Control. Furnished Item Must Conform To The Cited Revision Of The Contractor Developed Drawing For This Part. Differences From The Cited Contractor Drawing Revision Must Be Identified IAW The Current Revision Of Mil-Std-973 And Approval of Such Differences Obtained. Item Shall Be Bare Item Marked IAW The Current Revision Of Mil-Std-130. Identify To Mark Iaw Mil-Std-130k, Dated 15 Jan 00. Configuration Control Applies Tech Data Availabilty: DSCR Does Not Currently Have An Approved Technical Data Package Available For This NSN. Please Do Not Submit Request To DSCR-VABA. Requirement is an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year and four (4) option years. The solicitation issue date is 15 Oct 02 and the solicitation closing date is 15 Nov 02. FOB: Destination; Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. QAP 105 applies. Pricing will be based on the estimated annual demand quantities of 296 each for the base year and for each option year. DSCR intends to award as a firm-fixed price type contract. Surge quantity requirements do not apply for this PR. Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) or Internet Quoting Services (IQS) proposals are unacceptable. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
