- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/quotation (RFQ) for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.603 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only quotation and a written quotation will not be issued. The U.S. Immigration & Naturalization Service is requesting a quotation to provide (13) thirteen each camera poles. The camera poles will be installed by the Government at facility perimeter security, perimeter fences, parking lot surveillance and locations not available to bucket trucks. The camera poles are Millerbernd P/N 7HH8655-300-1TS-GV-H or equal. Poles specifications include: 30 feet steel, hinged, self-lowering, self-contained winch hand crank, designed to be mounted on a standard 2' circular foundation. Poles include set of four (4) 1"x 40"ASTM F1554 GR1541 anchor bolts with double anchor bolt nuts steel template, H based reinforced access door with cover, winch assembly, lightning rod, camera mounting plate, and galvanized finished. The Offeror shall provide: (1) descriptive literature for all equipment proposed to be furnished, (2) country of origin of each item, (3) written warranty on all items and installation, (4) delivery schedule, and (5) prices for each line item. FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items applies with evaluation factors of technical and price. The Government reserves the right to award on all or none basis. The following FAR Clauses are incorporated by reference: 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items; 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items; 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, which incorporate the following Clauses: 52.222-21 Prohibition of Segregated Facilities; 52.222-26 Equal Opportunity (E.O. 11246); 52.222-35 Affirmative Action for Disabled Veteran Era (38 U.S.C. 4212); 52.222-36 Affirmative Action for Workers with Disabilities (29 U.S.C. 793); 52.222-37 Employment Reports on Disabled Veterans and Veterans of the Vietnam Era (38 U.S.C. 4212); 52.225-1 Buy American Act - Balance of Payment Program - Supplies (41 U.S.C. 10a - 10d); 52.225-13 Restriction on Certain Foreign Purchases (E.O. 12722, 12724, 13059, 13067, 13121 and 13129); and 52.232-34 Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer-Other than Central Contractor Registration. Successful Offeror will complete the information in 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Item (attached) and submit with response to this RFQ. The Offeror may obtain the full text of the clauses electronically at web site http://www.arnet.gov/far. Request for Quotation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-08. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 421510. This requirement is an unrestricted procurement. Closing Date or response date for this synopsis/quotation ACL-2-Q-0037 is September 24, 2002 at 4:00pm, Pacific Daylight Time.
