- Description
- The Alaska Department of Veteran Affairs Healthcare System and Regional Office (VA) located in Anchorage Alaska is soliciting proposals for Kenai area Attending Physician. The purpose of this contract is to provide medically necessary inpatient internal medicine physician services for VA authorized admissions of eligible veterans at Central Peninsula Hospital, Kenai, Alaska. This contract will be for the primary source for inpatient internal medicine attending services for VA authorized admissions at Central Peninsula Hospital. NAICS code 621340 Size Standard $6.0 Mil. Solicitation RFP-463-0009-02 Service shall be for a base year with two (2) one-year options for renewal. Anticipated base year to be 1/1/03 through 12/31/03. The Solicitation will be issued on or about October 30, 2002 with proposals due November 29, 2002. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Requests for solicitation package must be in WRITING, either by mail or FAX (907) 257-6711. Requests for bids will only be accepted from responsible person(s)/businesses currently engaged in this type of commerce. A Firm Fixed Price contract is anticipated. This is an indefinite delivery,indefinite quantity contract. Estimated dollar value is $500K to $1-Mill.
