- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The 37 Contracting Squadron wishes to acquire the items indicated herein on an ALL OR NONE basis. NO SUBSTITUTIONS ALLOWED. BRAND NAME REQUIRED. Information on the software is available from Citrix Systems at 6363 NW 6th Way, or Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33309 (http://www.citrix.com). All items are to be delivered at 345 TRS/DOR, Bldg 10900, Lackland AFB San Antonio, TX 78236. Offerors are required to provide the unit and total prices for the following items. 0001, 307080 CPQ EVO T20 300 MHZ 48 MB 64 MB NTE CPQ-238138-001 (QTY: 180 EA). 0002, 284383 CITRIX MF XPE V1.0 20U CONN PK W/SUB CRX-EW24CLE0020 (QTY: 9 EA). This requirement is NOT set-aside for small business. The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 421430, 100 employees. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2001-09. The following provisions/clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items; and FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items.
