Description

The 319th Contracting Squadron intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Rough Rider Industries under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The procurement is for wood furniture components that will be connected to existing previously purchased components at Grand Forks AFB, ND. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. The supplies and services consist of the following: 10 Ea Garrison 4 Drawer letter files, 8 Ea Garrison Hutch, 2 Ea Garrison 2 drawer letter files, 3 Ea 5 shelf Bookcase, 1 Ea Reception Area desk module, 2 Ea U-Work Station Left Bridge, 2 Ea U-Work Station Right Bridge, 5 Ea Sliding Keyboard trays for U-Station Bridges. A full solicitation will be available on or about September 21, 2002. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 1200 local 25 Sep 2002. A determination by the Government not to compete this purchase order based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
