Description

NA Construct a 400-member U.S. Army Reserve Training Center (USARC), an Unheated Storage Building(UHS), and a four-workbay Area Maintenance Support Activity/Organizational Maintenance Shop (OMS). Buildings will be of permanent construction with reinforced concrete foundations, concrete floor slabs, structural steel frames, ma sonry veneer walls, standing seammdtal roofs, HVAC systems (55 tons AC), plumbing, mechanical systems,security systems, and electrical systems. Supporting facilities include land clearing, paving, fencing, general site improvements, and extension of utili ties to serve projects. The options for this solicitation are as follows: Single Level Loading Ramp, Left-Turn Lane on (O) Street, Chiller Screenwall, and Dumpster/Transformer Screenwall. The estimated cost range for this project is between $5,000,000 .00 to $10,000,000.00. Solicitation documents will be available on or about 11 October 2002 and Bid Opening Date is 12 November 2002 at 2:00 PM Louisville Local Time. This project is available on compact disk and web only.
