NA THIS IS A NOTICE OF THE GOVERNMENT'S INTENT TO AWARD TO ONE SOURCE & NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. NO SOLICITATION WILL BE AVAILABLE.) SYNOPSIS: Notice of Intent to Negotiate with One Source. The proposed contract is to provide an online application assess ment for aerobic fitness and muscular endurance, which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with FitnessAge, Las Vegas, NV. This is NOT a Request for Competitive Proposals. The contract shall be awarded in Sep 02. This Procurement will be con ducted under SIC Code 7372.
