Description
1.Remove the 17 emergency lights as shown on the attached floor plan in the lower basement, chiller room, computer room, electrical room and shop area. 2.Provide 32 emergency lights as shown on the attached floor plan to the two mult-zone air handler rooms (2 each), boiler room (3), computer room (3), fire pump room (2), secondary pump area (2), shop area (2), shop area (2), chiller room (2), lower basement (12), and the center section of the penthouse (2). Reuse existing flourescent fixtures whenever possible. The new emergency light circuits shall be tied into the emergency generator circuit. Also, provide an exit light to the door exiting the secondary pump area. 3.Provide one 20 amp/120 volt, red colored receptacle by each of the entrances to the wing building stairwell and one outside the east mechanical room in the wing building. The receptacle circuits shall be tied into the emergency generator circuit. The receptacles shall have red cover plates. 4.Replace the five flourescent lights outside by the emergency generator with water tight, energy efficient electronic ballast flourescent fixtures. The lighting circuit shall also be tied into the emergency generator and have the capabilities of turning off by the existing light switch. 5.Tie the multi-zone room and shop area sump pumps, and fuel tank control system into the emergency generator distribution system. 6.Provide two 20 amp/120 volts, red colored receptacles to all tower floors, one near each stairwell. Also, provide two additional receptacles in room 201. The receptacles circuits shall be tied into the emergency generator circuit. The receptacles shall have red cover plates.
