- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepare= d in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 541-090-02 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-09. This is an unrestricted procurement under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 421450 and Small Business size Standard of 100 employees. VISN 10 Clinical Care Line has a need to upgrade its=92 existing government owned GE Picture Archive Communication System (PACS). The upgrade offered must ensure connectivity and compatibility with the existing General Electric (GE) systems and upgrade the existing system to 1.0.
