Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F45603-02-T-0050 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-18. This solicitation is set-aside for small business, the associated NAICS code is 541511 and the small business size standard is $18 million. CLIN 0001, Quantity- 1 Each Track- IT enterprise 10 named User License includes 100 PC audits or equal. CLIN 0002, Quantity- 15 Each Additional Named user License Track-IT enterprise or equal. CLIN 0003, Quantity-9 additional PC audits per 100 Track-IT or equal. CLIN 0004, Quantity 1 Each, Unlimited Name User License Track-It or equal. CLIN 0005, 1 Each Priority support including 800# access number between the hours of 6am and 5pm PST time Monday through Friday, response time guarantee is 2 hours, and less than 5 minutes for enterprise customer including free version upgrades and service packs included with maintenance.
