- NA The contractor shall provide all equipment, labor and materials to provide the Commander United States Army Pacific (USARPAC) with a new Video Teleconference capability while integrating the existing A/V Conference equipment. All control by AMX Touch Pane l Control System. AMX Touch Panel control will allow us to select functions from a touch panel display and operate the Conference Room. AMX should control the room input / output selection of PC display, video, and audio sources. The codec that should pr ovided capability to connection to Multi-Conference Unit (MCU) at 768K dedicated and 384K via ISDN. The dedicated connection will connect to an existing DVSG Access35 and router. ISDN through a new IMUX using an existing PRI (24 Channel, 20 numbers). It s hould provide unclassified and classified conference via KG-194 (Firefly Key). The LCD projectors will present Video Conferencing (VTC), with either near or remote site displayed per projector, to the existing 10'W x 5'H screen. The VTC audio will have ce iling microphones and echo cancellers to improve audio for VTC. VTC audio is transmitted by the power amplifiers through the ceiling speakers and Echo cancellation processors control microphone feedback and speaker dispersion to eliminate VTC echo. Two e xisting video cameras will be integrated with the VTC CODEC for the conference room VTC video. The LCD projectors will also present PC display or video from VCR when switched at the matrix switcher for the AV I/O. Microsoft Power Point presentations or vi deotape can be displayed for presentations, training, or briefs. Dual and single remote control capability on LCD projectors. There are two podiums with microphones for the presenter or speaker that will input into the echo cancellers that feed audio to the amplifiers for the ceiling speakers. A Matrix Switcher will interface the functions of the audio/ visual equipment. The components will include: 2 LCD Projectors, Stereo Amplifier for 4 PC inputs for display, 2 Wall Mount speakers Amplifiers for Confe rence room audio, 2 Podium microphones, Integrate 2 existing VTC cameras, 2 VHS VCR/ player, Cassette Tape recorder/ player, Echo canceller Videoconference CODEC, VTC microphones, Provide two LCD Projector replacements, Ceiling speakers and AMX system con trol. All items will be installed by the contractor.
