This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number, N00259-02-T-0113, is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2001-07. The performance period for the basic year is 01 October 2002 through 30 September 2003. This acquisition incorporates the following FAR clauses: 52.211-6 BRAND NAME OR EQUAL (AUG 99); 52.212-1 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS-COMMERCIAL ITEMS (Oct 95); FAR 52.212-3 OFFEROR REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS-COMMERCIAL ITEMS (Oct 95) must be completed and submitted with your quote (please contact Phyllis Kennedy at 619-532-8100 if a copy is needed); in accordance with FAR 52.212-2 EVALUATION-COMMERCIAL ITEMS?Evaluation Factors, listed in order of importance, will be: Technical Capability and Price.
