Description

U.S.GOVERNMENT PROCUREMENTS REQUEST FOR INTEREST IN AREA F UTILTY PRIVATIZATION. This Request for interest is issued to seek current market interst in the privatization of identified utility systems. Locations of these systems: Crane, Indiana -Water/wastewater and steam; Glendora Lake, Indiana-Electric and Water systems; at Kansas City, MO - Electric/Natural Gas/Water and Wastewater systems; and Electric systems at Great Lakes, Illinois. It is envisioned that this transfer would include all responsibility for operation and maintenance (including all equipment, manpower, and overhead), repair and replacement capital improvements to the systems, obligation to provide adequate service, and related environmental compliance of systems listed. The Standard Industrial Classification code for this project is 4939 with a Size Standard of $5,000,000.00. This project is not set aside for small business.
