Description

Lackland AFB intends to issue a purchase order to SecureLogix, Corp. for the ETM 1010-ANA-IS and associated Communication Appliances. The equipment suit is used to protect Air Force telephones switching systems (Telewall). This protection is similar to a firewall on a computer network. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all quotes received within 3 calendar days after the publication date of the synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination not to compete this requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This procurement will be awarded under Simplified Acquisition Procedure (SAP). Submit written offers via FAX (oral offers will not be considered) to FAX number is 210-671-3179, to Graciela Fernandez at 210-671-1721, or e-mail to the following graciela.fernandez@lackland.af.mil. The due date for all quotes will be 28 Sep 02, by 11:30 AM (CST) and acceptance must be good for 30 days. No solicitation document exists for this requirement. Requests for the same will be considered non-responsive. If no compelling responses are received, award will be made to SecureLogic Corp.
