Description

NA Notice of intent to award a sole source action with K&R Custom Software, Inc for the upgrade of TMS software to the GUI version running under KCML6 client server. The reason for the sole source is that the software is proprietary to the manufacturer. Thi s proposed action is for supplies and servies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by the closing date of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon response s to this notice is solely for the purpose of determing whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
