Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Purchase Request Number F25600-02-T-0147 is issued as a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-09. This procurement is not set aside for small business however small business quotes will be considered. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333120. The business size standard is 750 employees. Offutt AFB intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Skid Steer Loader. The description of the item is as follows: 1 Each Skid Steer Loader with the following options: Severe duty poly duty poly filled tires, advanced control system, backup alarm, cab heat/ac, sound cab, deluxe instrumentation, dual attach control kit, bucket positioning, power bob attach drive, suspension seat, special application kit, 68? low profile bucket, 15C auger drive, mounting frame, auger bit 12?, 24? extension, amber beacon. MFG Bobcat MFG Part # S185 or equal. CONTRACTOR MUST BE REGISTERED IN CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (CCR) PRIOR TO AWARD. IF NOT ALREADY REGISTERED IN CCR, GO TO WWW.CCR.GOV TO REGISTER PRIOR TO SUBMITTING QUOTE. NO PARTIAL QUOTES WILL BE CONSIDERED. NO PARTIAL AWARDS WILL BE ALLOWED. The Clause at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition along with 52.212-2, Evaluation- Commercial Items (price will be the ONLY evaluation factor); FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications ? Commercial Items, and the clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions?Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at FAR 52.212-5 (Dev), Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders?Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
