- Description
- This announcement is a notice of intent to award a maintenance contract to an approved sole source contractor in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The sole source contractor is ATL Ultrasound, 22100 Bothell Everett Highway, Bothell, WA, and the requirement is for SoundCare Silver Maintenance Plans on (2) HDI 5000 and (1) HDI 1500 ATL Ultrasound machines. The government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to ATL Ultrasound for a base period of maintenance on the specified equipment, plus two (2) option periods. However, any contractors who believe that they have the capability to meet this requirement may submit, for consideration by the government, a statement of capability. Comments are due by COB (MST) on 27 Sep 02. If no comments are received by the closing date, a purchase order will be issued to the above named sole source.
