- NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals a re being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. We have a requirement for a Frequency Surveillance High Band Mobile Direction Finding System. The specifications for the system can be found at http://www.wsmr.army.mil/docpage/pages/sol_s tat.htm. Delivery is required within 8 months from the date of award. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-08 dated 29 Jul 02. This requirement is solicited under full and open competition. The applicable NAICS code is 334519 with a size standard of 500 employees. There is one contract line item (0001) for a quantity of 1. Your price shall be FOB destination. Inspection and acceptance shall be at destination. We prefer to make payment by VISA credit card. If you do not accept VISA, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (http://www.ccr.gov/). Award shall be made to the technically acceptable, low price proposal. You shall submit commer cially available literature on your unit that demonstrates that all of the above capabilities are met. From the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), the following provisions and clauses are applicable to this solicitation: FAR 52.212-1, FAR 52.212-3, FA R 52.212-4, FAR 52.212-5 (52.203-6 Alt I, 52.219-14, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.232.33, 52.232-36).
