- This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Perkin Elmer Instruments, 710 Bridgeport Avenue, Shelton, CT 06484. Perkin Elmer Instruments has been identified as the only one authorized to offer a full protection plan for the following equipment: AS91 Flame Auto Sampler; ELAN 6100 Mass Spectrometer; NES Lab Chiller Cooling system; Peristaltic Pump Assembly; 5100 PC AA Instrument; AS60 Furnace Atuo Sampler; EDL System2 Voltage Module; HGA Cooling system Furnance Chiller; HGA600 Furnace Power Supply; Zeeman5100 BGCACCY; AA Software AA Software and MAS software. This synopsis is not considered a Request for Quotation or Proposal. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government for future procurements. Any interested firms should submit in writing, its name, address, point of contact, telephone number, business size and a brief statement regarding its capability to provide the services. If no affirmative written response is received, the purchase will be awarded based on this notice and is solely within the discretion of the Government.
