Description

The Notice posted on September 25, 2002 is changed as follows: CLIN 0001 Cross Draft Paint Spray Booth: 1 each $________. Delivery shall be within 90 days after award of the contract. Delivery is to be FOB destination to the U.S. Border Patrol Air Operations, Del Rio International Airport, West 15th Street, Del Rio, TX 78840 . The System will be used to paint helicopters with Dupont Imron paint. As a minimum, the system must have a minimum door height of 13'10" and 11'4" width, be 16' tall, 16' wide, and 50' long; have a solid back; have 2 personnel access doors on each side spaced to assure personnel egress in case of an emergency with panic latches and limit switch at each door opening. System must be equipped with adequate lights, fans, filters and airflow for the item quoted and exhaust must meet or exceed all regulatory standards. The system is to be coated to weatherproof. A dry chemical fire suppression system to meet code is also to be included as an option. Provide specifications, including concrete pad and electrical requirements, with quotation. The successful contractor shall furnish and install the spray booth on a Government provided pad and obtain any required permits. Electricity will be provided within ten feet of the installation site. Quotations are due 9/30/02, 9:00am, at U.S. Border Patrol Air Operations Center, 9C Butterfield Trail, El Paso, TX 79906.
