Description: The Department of Justice, U.S. Attorneys Office, Boston, MA., intends to issue a purchase order to Parking Spot, 28 Northern Avenue, Boston, MA 02210 for twenty-four(24) commerical parking spaces, within a 1 block radius for the period October 1, 2002 through September 30, 2003, on a sole source basis. Responses received as a result of this notice of intent shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses will not be considered as either proposals or bids. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses must be submitted by COB September 30, 2002.
