- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented by additional information included in this notice, and using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures IAW FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Requests for quotation are being requested. A written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is DOJ-APG-2-Q-074 and it is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect and applicable through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-09. This solicitation is unrestricted. The NAICS code is 813910. The small business size standard is $6.0M. Period of performance is for Oct. 1, 2002 - Sep. 30, 2003. This notice is to obtain CONTINUATION OF MEMBERSHIP IN THE CORPORATE LEADERSHIP COUNCIL For DOJ/JMD Personnel Staff for the period of one (1) year from Oct. 1, 2002 - Sep. 30, 2003. The following provisions and clauses are applicable to this RFQ: 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items 52.212-3 Offerors Representations and Certifications: All offerors should forward a completed copy of this provision along with their quotation 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items 52.232-18 Availability of Funds In addition Invoice Requirements particular to the Department of Justice will be incorporated into this purchase order.
