Description

The operation of the Tulsa Job Corps Center located in Tulsa, Oklahoma, will be available on the World Wide Web, Job Corps Acquisition Home Page, on or about October 9, 2002 at http://www.wdsc.org/jobcorps/schedule.html. It is anticipated that the resultant contract will be a cost-reimbursement plus incentive-fee for a 2-year base period of June 1, 2003 through May 31, 2005, plus three Governmental unilateral renewal options of one year each. The approximate average capacity strength is 250 residential students and 50 non-residential students; 145 males and 155 females. A pre-proposal conference will be convened at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 16, 2002 at the Tulsa Job Corps Center, 1133 N. Lewis Ave., Tulsa, OK 74410. There will be a tour of the facility following the pre-proposal conference. Upon entering the facility, participants are asked to report to the Auditorium. We recommend that you download the RFP prior to attending the pre-proposal conference. Proposals in response to this RFP will consist of Oral Presentations and written submissions as described in Section L of the RFP. Written portions of the proposal are due by 1:00 PM local time, Monday, December 9, 2002 to the Dallas Regional Office. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
