Description: (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number is F2B3CC22340200 and is being issued as a request for quotation. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisitions Circular 97-27. (iv) Notice: This solicitation is issued for full and open competition. The set-aside for Small Businesses has been dissolved. The NAICS code 421690 with a size standard of 100 or fewer employees. (v) contract line items are numbered 0001 through 0011 (see attached RFQ) for a Motorola Astro Digital Control Station and system upgrades. (vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired- Motorola Astro Digital Control Station and system upgrades. (See attached RFQ) (vii) Delivery will be to the 330 Flightline Drive, Building 869, Minot AFB 58705, North Dakota FOB destination. (viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. (ix) The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items is applicable to this procurement. The evaluation procedure to be used for this procurement is price and price related factors. (x) Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with offer. (see attachments) (xi) Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. (xii) Clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and the additional FAR clauses cited in the clause are applicable to the acquisition: 52.222-19, 21,26,35,36,37,- 52.225-1,- 52.232-33. This request is issued in accordance with clause 52.232-18 Availability of funds. This purchase is contingent upon the availability of funds during end of fiscal year. (xiii) Any additional contract requirement(s) or terms and conditions (such as contract financing arrangements or warranty requirements) determined by the contracting officer to be necessary for this acquisition and consistent with customary commercial practices are included herein.
