NA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are be ing requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is DAAD05-02-T-0391. CLIN 0001 MK5 Chemical/Biological Munition Sample/Empty device complete including microprocessor control unit, hose umbilical, rem ote control, 100M cable and reel, instruction manual and spare parts list (1 QTY). CLIN 0002 Drill/Probe Assembly Complete (100 QTY). CLIN 0003 Monikit (Nylon seal/obturator/Viton ?O? ring) (150 QTY). CLIN 0004 Small diameter grippers (for case diameter 75-150 mm) (1 QTY). CLIN 0005 Replacement Plastazote Pad Seal Kit (pair) (100 QTY). CLIN 0006 Vacuum Filter Element (100 QTY). CLIN 0007 Fair Fitted flight cases (MIL spec) (1 QTY). CLIN 0008 Sampling adaptor (10 QTY). CLIN 0009 5-day training course at APG, MD (1 QTY). Requisition Number W91B9420420002. Acceptance shall be at Destination. Shipping shall be FOB Destination. Delivery shall be to the U.S. Army, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21010. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--C ommercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation--Commercial Items applies to this acquisition; fill-ins in Paragraph (a) are ?Price and Past Performance? and ?less important than price?. A completed copy of the provision at 5 2.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items, must be provided with offers. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
