The Period of service shall be for 1 base year October 1, 2002 ? September 30, 2003 and two option years of October 1, 2003 ? September 30, 2002 and October 1, 2004 ?September 30, 2005. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in 12.6, This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Award will be made All responsible parties must indicate the date this notice appeared on FED Biz and all Request for proposals must be in by October 4, 2002. Oral Request will NOT be accepted.
