Description

The General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing approximately 28,750 rentable square feet of office space. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 25,000 BOMA usable square feet to a maximum of 28,750 BOMA usable square feet, for use by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF). Occupancy is desired not later than 1/15/04 . The lease term will be for 10 years, 5 years firm. Area of consideration: In the City of Dublin or Pleasanton, CA. First class office space in a quality building which meets or is capable of meeting the Government's requirements is solicited. The Government requires a fully serviced lease. The building must conform to the seismic requirements for new construction of the current edition of the Uniform Building Code (UBC) or the 1976 Edition if the lateral load resisting system is of concrete or masonry construction. Parking for 48 on site reserved spaces as part of lease cost. Expressions of interest should include all of the following: 1) Building name and address; 2) Rentable square feet and rate per rentable square foot; 3) Method of measurement used to determine rentable square footage; and 4) Common Area Factor(s) for available space by floor if applicable. Proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence they are authorized to represent the building's ownership.
