Manufacturer?s Code and Part Number: Eaton Aeroquip Inc. (00624) P/N AE80312U, RC Fluid Engineering Inc. (057Y9) P/N 180004-00. Quantity (including option quantity) 48 EA First Delivery Order Indefinite Quantity Long Term Contract Anticipated. Unit of Issue: EA. Destination Information: Various for IQ LTC. 1st Delivery Order: 41 EA New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001, 7 EA Tracy, CA 95376-5000. Delivery Schedule: 60 EA within 75 Days ARO and the balance at the rate of 10 EA every 30 Days. In the event of overlapping orders the contractor will not be required to deliver more than 20 ea. in any 30 day period. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of 10/18/02 at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp. The Small Business size standard is 1000 employees. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 3 years. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C.2304?(1). Approved sources are: EATON AEROQUIP (00624) AND/OR RC FLUID ENGINEERING INC (057Y9). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
