The Walla Walla District?s web pages (http://www.nww.usace.army.mil/ebs/Advertised Contracts.asp) may be used; however it is requested that registration be confirmed with either a fa x or an email. The Government cannot guarantee a bidder will make it on the bidders list if registration is completed using only the web page. DESCRIPTION: The Contractor will supply all labor, equipment and materials to fabricate and deliver two (2) intake bulkheads and one (1) discharge bulkhead for fish pumps at Ice Harbor Lock and Dam, Snake River, Washington. The bulkheads will be structur al steel fabrications with the intake bulkheads weighing approximately 21,500 lbs each and the discharge bulkhead weighing approximately 3500 lbs. The work will include test installation of the intake bulkheads at the dam with the Contractor furnishing al l labor, equipment and materials to perform the installation. The discharge bulkhead will be delivered to the dam and placed in storage. Also included in the work will be the removal and disposal of two (2) existing intake bulkheads. ADMINISTRATIVE INFORMATION: Procurement is 100 set aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System number is 332312. The small business size standard is 500 employees. Any contract resulting from this advertisement will be a warded on a firm fixed price basis. This is not a request for bid, but a notice that a solicitation will be issued for this requirement. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by this agency.
