- The Fleet Industrial Supply Center Norfolk Washington Detachment intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract to S.E.G, Inc on behalf of Postal Operations. This request is for upgrade of current Analogue Security System to a Digital Video Recording Security System. This system should include Color Bullet Camera in weather resistant housing w/ 3.4 mm. Lens; Delta Vision DVR1016 16 cam digital multiplexer/Recorder; 21 SVGA Color Monitor; RG 59/AWG 18/2 Siamese video/Power cable - 500 ft. spool; Miscellaneous Hardware; Labor and Installation. Note: This acquisition being conducted using the test program at FAR 13.5. Under these procedures the government is (1) not required too determine a competitive range; (2) is not required to hold discussions; (3) is not required to provide offerors with an opportunity to submit final revised proposals. The North American Industry Classification Code is 333315.
