Description

NA Madigan Army Medical Center, Tacoma, WA intends to establish a firm fixed price contract that will provide for maintenance service and repairs of the Digital Patient Archiving and Communications System located at Weed Army Community Hospital, Fort Irwin, C A consisting of the following components: FUJI 5000CR w/IDT741; Adv CRQA 2.0 Basic; Dicom Gateway w/2 connections; Paris Terminal w/License; ISU 64 w/UPS 4.5 and 20 Licenses; Plasmon MOD 20 20 w/Arc; PathSpeed 2A NT Workstation Camera Server w/DASM; PACS Software Support; and PACS Local Area Network. The quotation number is DADA13-02-T-0108. The NAICS code is 811219 and the size standard is $6.0 million. The period of performance will commence on date of award and extend through 30 September 2003. Fully qualified technicians are required to perform necessary software support service and equipment maintenance for the DINPACS system to ensure that optimum operation and efficiency of the system conforms to the original equipment man ufacturer?s specifications. PACS Software Support shall consist of: System monitoring, emergency telephone support, initial response, error corrections, updates and upgrades, system administration support, application support database maintenance and syste m uptime performance. PACS Equipment Maintenance shall consist of System monitoring, planned maintenance, emergency telephone support, repairs, initial response, and system uptime performance.
