Unit of Issue: EA., Destination Information: PRLI 0001 81 EA., Tracy, CA 95376-5000, PRLI 0002 21 EA., New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. Delivery Schedule: 11 MOS ARO @ 24 PER MONTH. The solicitation will be available on its issue date of 30 Sep 02 at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp. The Small Business size standard is 1000 employees. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C.2304?(1). Approved sources are: MCDonnell Douglas (76301). It is anticipated that award will be made via a delivery order to an existing basic ordering agreement. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
