- Description
- Teledermatology specialized professional services to be furnished at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Augusta, Georgia, for the period December 1, 2002 through November 30, 2003, with one 1-year option to extend. A board certified or board eligible dermatology physician is required to provide the full scope of telemedical services. The dermatologist will provide a minimum of 3 hours per week to the teledermatology program on-site at the VA Medical Center, Augusta, Georgia. Technical proposal will be required. Technical evaluation criteria consists of evidence of active/unrestriced medical licensure; evidence that contract physicians are board-eligible or board-certified by the American Board of Dermatology; evidence that the contract complies with all JCAHO standards as pertains tot he delivery of dermatology services; evidence of US citizenship; copies of current curriculum vitae's; business and experience review; past performance; and store and forward technology. The anticipated issue date is October 15, 2002. Request for hard copy solicitation and/or inquiries must be in writing to the Contracting Officer and will be accepted by fax at 706-481-6741.
