Description

Notice of Intent to award a Sole Source Procurement. The Government intends to issue a sole source purchase order for a the repainting of Tractor trailers to Max?s Body Shop Inc., 13909 L Street, P.O. Box 37097, Omaha, NE 68137. The 55th Contracting Squadron intends to award a purchase order by other than full and open competition in accordance with Subpart 6.302-1 (a)(2)(ii). Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement was made bases on market research. The procurement of this service in a timely manner is essential to meet mission requirements.
