- This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought Synopsis. This is not a Request for Proposal and will be used to identify potential contractors who have the skills, experience, and knowledge required to perform the following type of work. Hill Air Force Base, Utah has a requirement for occupational medicine services and all required administrative services at Hill AFB, Utah, Little Mountain, the Utah Test and Training Range, and other locations that Hill has determined as needing occupational medicine services. This includes furnishing all labor, transportation, consultation, teaching, report, equipment, materials, supplies and supervision of work for government employees at Hill AFB, Utah and other employees supported by Host Tenant/Interservice Support Agreements and Memorandums of understanding. All professional and support services shall be provided by the contractor. Interested parties are requested to submit a letter of their interest within 20 days after publication of this notice to OO-ALC/PKOS, Aspen Ave., Bldg 1289 NE, Hill AFB, UT 84056-5805, Attn: Cathy Reuther, Contracting Officer, or e-mail at Cathy.Reuther@hill.af.mil.
