Description: Requirement: The U.S. General Services Administration is seeking to lease office and related space consisting of approximately 23,600 of rentable square feet of first class, high-quality office space. The rentable office space must yield minimum 20,500ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet. Delineated Area: Offered properties must be located within the following delineated area: North: Arch Street South: Locust Street East: First Street West: Nineteenth Street Lease Term: Ten (10) years with cancellation rights after the fifth (5th ) full year of occupancy. Owners and Authorized Agents: Submissions by other than the owner of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space.
