- GFDL Physical Security Upgrade. See attached SOW and Quality Assurance Plan for requirements. This is a commercial item acquisition. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract. The proposals are due COB 09/13/02 to individual referenced above. The deadline has been changed to COB 09/13/02 rather than 09/12/02 due to observance of 09/11. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (29-AUG-2002). IT ACTUALLY FIRST APPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 30-SEP-2002.
