Description

Add to, repair, modify, and/or update 3900 GSF of building 61685. Renovation consists of sound attenuation to existing exterior walls and providing an additional 1800 SF of conditioned space. 1000 SF of additional conditioned space will accommodate supply, life support, and vehicle maintenance personal offices and includes a small restroom. The remainder of the conditioned space will be used for storage and deployment build-up. Construction consists of 3200 SF of storage space and extending existing mezzanine over new space. Additionally, a 700 SF covered, non-conditioned lean-to will be constructed, which will provide covered storage space for out-door equipment. Add to, repair, modify, and/or update 3400 GSF of building 61690. Renovation consist of an additional female restroom and shower, as well as the removal of a limited number of interior partitions to create a larger work space area for PJ administrative functions. The additional work will consist of providing office space of CRO and new squadron support personnel, a weapons armory, classified storage vault, and a small, stand alone, CMU ammo storage area for small arms munitions. The estimated total dollar value of this project is between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (12-JUN-2002).
