Description

Project Title: NSLS USER ADDITION, Building 725 Project Number: 63829 Type Of Bid: For GC's. (Must be SMALL BUSINESS only) THIS IS A NOTICE OF DELAY IN RECEIPT OF BID PACKAGE DOCUMENTS WHICH WILL RESULT IN THE EXTENSION OF THE BID RECEIPT DUE DATE. Statement Of Work- In general, the work consists of, but is not limited to, the construction of a second story addition on existing reinforced concrete roof slab, approximately 7,700 S.F. with a new overhead connecting bridge to existing second floor office space. New second story addition to house new office space, conference room, lunch room, toilet rooms, new enclosed stairway, mechanical and electrical spaces. Construction includes site utility work, excavation, grading, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and communication work. Initially Bid Packages were to be available by September 16, 2002; however, the as of October 1, 2002, the bid documents were not ready and the closind date for receipt of bids is being delayed indefinately.
